How do I know if I am eligible to Join or not?
If you live, work, worship or go to school in Calcasieu Parish you are eligible to open an account at Access of Louisiana Federal Credit Union.

What do I need to open an account at Access of Louisiana FCU?
Two acceptable forms of identification and $25.00 will open your account.

How do I sign up for AccessMe24/7 (Electronic Banking)?
Click on the AccessMe24/7 box at the top to get started with electronic banking.

How do I sign up for iAccess CU Bill Pay?
You will find the tab at the top of the screen.

How do I sign up for E-Statements?
You can sign for E-Statements via the website. Click on the "Red Tab" next to the AccessMe24/7 box.

ATM Limits/Cash Purchases per day:
The daily cash withdrawal amount from an ATM is $400.00. Your daily Point of Sale transaction is $2000.00 per day.

How do I report a lost or stolen card?
You should call Access of Louisiana FCU anytime your card is missing or stolen. You also need to call 888-263-3370; they will deactivate your card.
