Using CUeCall, our electronic phone teller, most of your credit union transactions may be conducted at your convenience, 24 hours a day, from any Touch-ToneĀ® telephone. Check account balances, transfer between accounts, see what checks have cleared, and more. It is easy to use and confidential.

Here are tips on some of your options using CUeCall:

Share-to-share transfers: Within the same member account number, you may transfer funds from one suffix ("share account") to another suffix ("share account"). For example, you might transfer funds from your share/savings account (share ID# 0) to your checking account (share ID# 1001) -- both are considered "share accounts" in CUeCall.

Share-to-loan transfers: You may transfer funds from a share account that you own to a loan that's listed under the same membership account number.

PIN: You must have a secret code, or PIN, to access your account; apply for your secret code when you visit any Access of Louisiana FCU branch (your signature is required) or by e-mailing us from within the Home Banking account access system. (Sorry, non-secure e-mail requests for PINs are not permitted.) You can change your CUeCall PIN by using CUeCall. Be sure to change your starter PIN on your first call and anytime it has been lost, stolen or become known to an unauthorized person.
